What Comes Next

A look ahead at where Infraxio, Growth7, and DockOps are headed — and what I am focused on for the rest of the year.

This is the fiftieth post in this series, and it feels like a good moment to look forward rather than backward.

Infraxio

IFX Hub continues to evolve. The AI assistant is getting smarter — not in the abstract sense, but in the practical sense of handling more of the daily queries and reports that used to require manual work. We are also deepening the accounting module based on feedback from clients who have outgrown QuickBooks but are not ready for enterprise ERP.

IFX Bid is expanding its coverage of state and local procurement portals. The federal market is competitive and well-served; the state and local market has more opportunity and less tooling. That is where we see the biggest gap.

Growth7

Growth7 is doubling down on the connection between marketing and operations. The handoff between "lead generated" and "client served" is where most revenue leaks. We are building tighter integrations between the marketing automation layer and the operational systems, so that the data from first touch to delivered project lives in one stream.

DockOps

DockOps is expanding beyond dock and yard into broader facility scheduling. The same scheduling logic that assigns dock doors applies to production lines, staging areas, and maintenance bays. The product roadmap reflects that expansion.

Ponte Vedra

The team is growing, the work is good, and Northeast Florida continues to be a strong base. If you are in the Jacksonville area or visiting St. Johns County, the office in Ponte Vedra is always open for a conversation.

Thank You

If you have read any of these posts over the past few months, thank you. Writing forces clarity, and sharing it creates accountability. Both make the work better.
